William R. Boulden, M.D. FAOSS
Dr. Boulden is a native of Lenox, Iowa. He attended the University of Iowa and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy; followed by his medical degree. He spent two years in general surgery residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, and completed an Orthopaedic Residency Program at the University of Nebraska in Omaha.
He received his board certification in orthopaedics in 1979, and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons in 1982. He is also a member of the Iowa Orthopaedic Society, Fellow of the North American Spine Society and the Mid-American Orthopaedic Association.
