Dr. Teri Formanek received his medical degree from University of Iowa, and completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at the Creighton-Nebraska Foundation in Omaha, Nebraska. Subsequently, he completed the Harvard Hand Fellowship at Brigham and Women’s and Children’s Hospital in Boston, MA.
He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of added qualifications in hand surgery.
